Orders

The steps to ordering at OPUS.....

1. VIEW YOUR SHOPPING
You can view your shopping cart at any time. In the cart you can delete or change the quantities of the products as necessary. When you are happy with your order proceed to 'Checkout'.

2. SELECT DELIVERY TYPE
On the 'Delivery Type' page, select the delivery option from those available. OPUS regularly offers three main choices for delivery/collection of orders placed using the website:

- delivery to a specified address or;
- receive as a gift to a specified address or;
- collect your order from our local warehouse (coming soon).

3. SELECT DELIVERY OPTION
Select a delivery option. Please note that options will vary dependent upon the postcode of the delivery address:

- Express Delivery* (within 2 days) or;
- Standard Delivery (between 4 and 10 days depending on your location)
* presently available in Italy, Benelux, Singapore, Australia and China 

5. REGISTER AND ENTER YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS
Register and enter payment details when requested

Check the order amount and enter you payment card details in the normal way.

6. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
After you have entered your payment details you will be presented with the confirmation page, where you can review all the details of your order. 

If you are happy to proceed, click on the 'Confirm' button.

If you would like to make amendments to your order at this stage then select the back button until you reach the page where your amendments can be made.

7. COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
A full summary of your order will now be displayed. You can choose to print this page for your records or continue shopping.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an e-mail notification with details of the consignment number for tracking progress.
