The History
The Ottomani vineyard was founded in 2006 by a project of four friends who, after earning a degree in Enology and gained experience in major companies, have decided to "go it alone" building its own small company to produce wine and olive oil.
Working with native grapes and using organic farming and winemaking techniques-biodynamic, the company decided, since its inception, not to use chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers or chemicals, and operate solely with agronomic methods "sustainable" for the environment.
The importance that the company caters to the agricultural part of the process and natural winemaking techniques, enables the production of oils and wines with high organoleptic properties, resulting from the combination of modern and traditional techniques.
